Kareena is a Sydney born, London based artist, designer and flâneuse, who collects fine bone china tea sets, but prefers to drink coffee. She has an unhealthy obsession with dangerously sharp 2B pencils, which may or may not be associated with her perfectionist Virgo tendencies… and her pencils, along with a yearning to escape to a world of make believe, lead her to create whimsical illustrative work with a sense of isolation and bittersweet nostalgia.

I continually experiment with a variety of pencil & ink drawing, watercolour, photography and computer art to observe a moment or tell a story.
