The concept of this show is simple : Two Artists – One Hundred Works – One Night Only

Each artist will be producing 50 works on cardboard mixing paint, paste and print which will fill the exhibition space creating a collage installation.

Each piece will be for sale at just £100 and will be taken straight off the wall when bought so it can be taken home with you when you leave.

Tongue-In-Cheek at Brick Lane Gallery

A mix of art comedy, street art and illustration. Featuring everyone’s favourite fried friend Dick Chicken; beautifully detailed and illustrated pieces by Showchicken and the neon craziness of Bortusk Leer.

Expect paintings by James Rueben Stephens exploring the darker side of humour; Playboy Jigsaw puzzles by Shuby; satirical prints designed by street art duo Static and a collaborative venture addressing the banality of gun usage by Holly-Anne Buck (Mink Engine) vs Metals vs Box Wars.

Diana Taylor’s work, consisting of painting and drawing that will invade the gallery at every level from floor to ceiling operating between and making connections with paintings on birch ply panel.
